The cancellation policy applies to all cancellations, including those due to illness or unexpected personal emergencies. As a small business, I am unable to absorb the financial impact of missed appointments, as that time has been specifically reserved for you and cannot be refilled at short notice.

What if I purchased a block of classes and want to move a session at short notice. Will I still be charged?

Unfortunately yes. The deciding factor here is the amount of notice given. Moving a session with more than 24 hours notice will not incur any fees, as it gives me time to fill the time slot of your original booking. Short notice means that I incur a financial loss for that week due to not having enough time to fill that time slot.

What happens if the teacher cancels the class with less than 24 hours notice, do I get an extra class free of charge?

If I as the teacher need to cancel a class, your class credit will be moved to your next class. In short, you won’t be losing any paid for classes. You won’t be entitled to an extra class free of charge.
